Don’t Drink … Gamble!
If you enjoy a cocktail every now and then, leave your cash out of the casino if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Empty your evening bag, your billfold, and leave all cash, credit cards and chequebooks out of the casino. Grab only the cash you expect to use on alcohol, tips and whatever pocket change you intend to throw away and keep the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not by any means. Just realistic. You might experience a success after a drunken night out with your acquaintances and be blessed enough to catch a long toss at a smokin craps table. Keep that account seeing that it is as short-lived as it gets if you always drink and bet. The pair simply don’t mix.
Keeping your cash at home might be a little bit dramatic, but defensive actions for dramatic actions is a requirement. If you play to profit, then don’t consume alcohol and gamble. If you are able to afford to blow your $$$$ without a worry, then drink all the free beer your stomach can handle, but do not pack plastic credit and cheques to toss into the mix of following squanderings after your dead drunk brain loses all the cash!
Allow me to take this a single step more. do not drink and then hop on the internet to bet in your preferred online casino either. I enjoy a beverage from the comfort of my apartment, but since I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards in close proximity, I can not drink and gamble.
How come? Despite the fact that I do not drink alcohol a lot, once I consume alcohol, it’s definitely adequate to cloud my common sense. I bet, so I don’t consume alcohol when wagering. If you are a drinker, don’t wager at the same time. When mixed, both create a dangerous, and crazy, cocktail.
