Don’t Have an Alcoholic Beverage … Gamble!

If you enjoy having a a cocktail ever so often, leave your cash out of the casino if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Leave your purse, your wallet, and leave all cash, credit cards and checkbooks out of the casino. Only take only the cash you expect to spend on beverages, tips and whatever pocket change you expect to throw away and keep the remainder behind.

Cynical? Not really. Realistic more like. You could have a success after a drunken night out with your acquaintances and be blessed enough to hit a 25 minute toss at a smokin craps table. Hang on to that story because it is as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink alcohol and wager. The pair just don’t mix.

Leaving your moola out of the casino might be a bit dramatic, but preventative measures for dramatic behavior is a requirement. If you gamble to profit, then don’t drink alcohol and gamble. If you like to be wasteful with your assets nary a worry, then drink all the gratuitous booze your stomach can handle, but do not take charge cards and cheques to throw into the mix of chasing losses after your dead drunk brain throws away everything!

Allow me to carry this one step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then jump on the web to gamble in your preferred casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the comfort of my home, but since I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards near by, I can’t drink alcohol and gamble.

How come? Despite the fact that I do not drink alcohol a lot, once I drink, it’s certainly adequate to blur my better judgment. I wager, so I do not consume alcohol when betting. If you are more of a drinker, do not wager at the same time. Both create an awful, and expensive, cocktail.
